5 Steps on How to Build a Chicken Coop!
A chicken coop is a place of shelter for chickens and a place where hens can lay their eggs. It is like a safe retreat for the chickens. Many of us do not wish to invest in pre-made chicken coops because of the inflated cost involved and the hassle of bringing it home. Thus, the following 5 steps can help you build a safe and secure backyard chicken coop for your chickens:
1 – Plan Ahead of Time: It is important to take into consideration certain decisions regarding the number of chickens which will inhabit the coop, the size of the chickens, the number of nests you will provide and the number of windows that will be required to give enough sunlight to your flock before you begin constructing your coop. 4- Collect all the material: Keep all the stuff handy when building the coop so that you don’t have to make unexpected trips to the market.
